♡Tips and Gifts♡♡ Tips are accepted and genuinely appreciated! Tipping is Non-Refundable, Tipping or gifting is entirely optional and not obligatory
♡ Please understand that tipping does not place your commission ahead of others in the queue or guarantee faster completion. Priority is only given when a rush fee is discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

♡Commission Guidelines♡♡ I reserve the right to decline any commission.
♡ I am always willing to learn new tools or methods to help complete a commission. However, if I’m ultimately unable to figure it out, we can adjust the project or discuss alternative solutions.
♡ Please do not send any payments until both parties have agreed on the details of the commission.
♡ Money sent to me out of now where or before both parties have agreed on the details will be eligible to be considered Donations/Tips, so please reach out and lets talk before any payments
♡ Any work done by me that be it free or commissioned must credit me
♡ I reserve the right to use any work and/or result forthcoming from my projects for personal portfolio and promotional purposes. I will never claim your character as my own, distribute your avatar, or use it in-game for personal use other than testing and showing off my work.
♡ Due to a previous commission experiences, I now only accept outside commissions from referrals from friends or those i see fit to work with. If you are not referred by someone previously commissioned me or friend exceptions can be made but if not your request will be respectfully declined.
♡ If you happen to forget about your commission for any reason and it remains incomplete, that responsibility lies with you. I will make an effort to remind you, but how you choose to proceed afterward is up to you. I am not a reminder app, please keep track of your commission status.
♡ Please do not try to be overly friendly or “buddy up” with me for the purpose of getting something out of me If I choose to help, give advice, assist, or offer something, it will be out of my own kindness. Do not dry beg or only come around when you want something. Approaching me solely to gain help, favors, services, or benefits is not acceptable. Any behavior like this will result in our friendship and/or business being cut short immediately. Please respect this boundary to avoid any issues.
♡ If I do not own any avatar or asset required for your commission, you are responsible for purchasing and providing it depending on the product’s terms of service.
♡ You must also provide proof of purchase, such as receipts or confirmation screenshots, to ensure that all content used is legally obtained.
♡ Please provide clear, detailed descriptions and reference images whenever possible.
♡ I’m happy to use reference sheets for retextures. However, if a reference is not custom-made for you or is sourced from existing/public characters, I will only use it in a way that avoids copyright infringement or confusion with the original design.
♡ The more information you provide, the more accurately I can bring your vision to life.
♡ Any textures, edits, or avatars sent to you during or after the process must be tested by you. I will often ask for feedback or for you to check the file to verify it works properly. If you fail to test it or communicate issues, that is considered a communication issue on your side.
♡ I am always happy to make adjustments or even restart a project if needed but it must be communicated clearly before the commission is marked complete.
♡ Please note: I have ADHD and a short attention span. If you need something changed, fixed, or added write it out clearly in our DMs so I can come back to it and know exactly where I’m going in your project. This helps both of us stay organized.♡ Do not use any work I've done in any ill-mannered way that may harm reputation or brand. This includes content involving minors, homophobia, racism, transphobia, or other forms of discrimination. If failed to comply, will result in Blacklisting, Sharing info about the Situation/You to other creators and commissioners as well as a DMCA takedown.

Turnaround Time & Queue♡ Completion time may vary depending on my personal schedule, including work, Mental states and life responsibilities. Because of such, I reserve the right to deviate from predetermined when necessary.
This also includes personal downtime and fun. Just because you commissioned me does not mean I will refrain from enjoying my social life or personal time for your commission.
♡ Commissions may take anywhere from a few days up to 2–5 months, depending on complexity and current queue size.
♡ If you need your commission by a specific date or on a tight schedule, let me know before commissioning this will incur a rush fee.
♡ Larger or more complex projects naturally require more time thank you for your patience.Typically try to aim to complete within time
♡ Retextures within Start to 2–5 weeks
♡ Base edits within Start to 2–5 weeks
♡ Poor or delayed communication from the client’s side may result in additional delays, especially if feedback or clarification is needed to continue the work. If a project is put on pause, I will not resume it until I am further informed about continuation of the project.

Free Work Disclaimer♡ Any promised or offered free retextures or avatar work are not guaranteed and may be canceled at my discretion.
♡ Reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to: a high volume of paid commissions, lack of available time or motivation, or the complexity of the request.
I reserve the right to cancel non-commercial commissions at any given time when deemed necessary by me.

♡ You are required to make an immediate backup of your project before I touch anything.
♡ If, by chance, the project issues become worse during the assistance, that is not my responsibility if you failed to do a back up of your project is your responsibility, and I am not liable for negligence on your end
